This is what happened when you have MES in lab

This should be a brief post as I am not sure what to write actually. But some great things did crossed my life. It may not funny or important to others. I found it kinda giving me some impacts to my life even if it was a small one..

Well, most of the time we will have Meet the Expert Session (MES) according to our lab. I am placed in Lab 8 this year which I think the combination of people in my lab was so cool.. We have fun all the time during practical or whatever class in the lab.

It was physiology class in the lab that day. I was at the end of the discussion table with Allison & Jonathan. Our lecturer, Dr. Amin was so excited talking about heart electrical activity. Since the three of us together, our attention were totally deviated. Jonathan, the lab clown a.k.a the funny one always made something out of expectation. So, this is the conversation.

Me: (Laugh at whatever Jonathan said)
Allison: Why do you like to humiliate yourself?
Jonathan: No, I didnt
Allison: Yeah, you just did that..
Jonathan: No la.. That is not humiliation
Allison: That is..
Jonathan: You know what.. Humiliation lies in the eyes of the beholder..
Me: (Try to not laugh as I tried to stand on Allison's side)

Both of them are PBLmate as well as lab-mate.. So I hardly know what they tried to talk about sometimes and end up being their audience & laugh for nothing..

I like that 'proverb' by Jonathan - Humiliation lies in the eyes of the beholder..
I have to admit he is such a creative one & his English is damn bombastic after having lots of chat with him..

Not to forget, the most power question I heard in my medical life now - How long is the Bundle of His? lolz.. XD -gotcha-

This question deviated our attention back to the class.. lalalalal...

Gerai Klinikal Pesta Konvokesyen Ke-37 UKM

Clinical booth - Yay! I'm loving it... First, it was time for me to brush up my skill since my last clinical booth was January in Penampang, Sabah.. Secondly, I need some air out of my campus since I am having super CVS module on that time..

Went to UKM, Bangi for clinical booth there in Dewan Gemilang. The last time I stepped into Dewan Gemilang was last year when I registered myself as the newbie there. While for UKM Bangi, I was there for debate training last year as well, if I am not mistaken..

Just a very small booth for Fakulti Perubatan and a few stations : BMI, BFD, BP, Blood test, Consultation..

My schedule was BMI + BFD (Body Fat Distributions), Flyers & Blood test..
Actually, I want to do BP so badly..
When we had no 'customer', we did BP among ourselves & guided the 1st year as well..

Spent almost 12 hours just for clinical booth plus my journey there and back to hostel.. Hate the jam & rain.. Tiring journey..

At the site outside the Dewan Gemilang, there were damn lots of booth selling food, drinks, stuff toys, flowers and many more... After my shift ended, we went shopping around the booth.. I bought a bag, cool.. There were booth selling Crocs for only rm50 & Tropicana Life with 70% discount.. LOLZ....

Oh ya, I almost forgot.. I met Poh Ling at last!!! Happy.. It had been a long time I didnt meet her. I think the last time was during Form 5, she sat beside me.. lol.. HAPPY =)

A very blur picture of me doing with blood test punya stuff

Happiness in Between Busy-ness

20 days without any post in my blog, only 1 word can explain it - BUSY LIKE HELL (perhaps, 3 words.. =.=)

We used to have 4 weeks each module, usually.. After the quarantine, we finished CVS module in 3 weeks.. CVS = Cardiovascular System, in case you are curious about it.. Let's see, 17 lectures, 5 SLPs, 3 PBLs, 6 Practicals + PPD class + PPD movie + CSL in HUKM + Medicine & Society = 3 weeks..

For the very 1st time we had classes until 7pm for a few days.. Super tiring days + chasing for bus as 7pm bus will be the last one.. It was tiring but I think after it was over, I kinda love the experience. Being busy is sort of fun.. Starting to love my life.. Teehee...

Finish about the BUSY LIKE HELL part of my life, I think I would love to share my view about the PPD movie I watched with my coursemates in a cold Dewan Kuliah that has uncomfortable seats..

PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS

First impression about this movie was it was going to be a nice one. I personally love Will Smith on screen.. He can just take any role & give a blast on it.. Good job..

It was a very inspiring movie for me. The first thing that hit me after the movie ended was - I AM SO LUCKY.. Yeah, I have to admit that I am very very lucky that I have a good life now if to compared with billions & trillions of people in this world. I am lucky I have a home, a big family, a bunch of friends, good surrounding with food, water, shelter & air.. I can't imagine my life without love, warmth, care & needs..

Chris Gardner (Will Smith) went through his life as if nothing is impossible. Not to forget his biological son (Jayden Christopher Smith) who also acted as his son in the movie showed a very strong character as well.. Going through ups & downs, side by side with his father.

During PPD video session discussion in BSKK 16..

Prof Dr Harlina asked me, "Which scene do you like the most?"

The 1st scene that popped in my mind was the toilet scene.. It was so unexpected that it got so worst that they had to sleep in the toilet. This made me recall my reaction in public toilets. I went in wrinkling my forehead because of the dirtyness & smell.. And then rushed out from the toilet as soon as possible..

For Chris & Christopher, they went through it whole night just to have a safe & warm shelter. Life can be so unpredictable & tough..

I think this movie worth to watch even if I have to pay for the ticket. The good thing is I don't have to pay for it & watched it for free in my campus.. In this case, I am grateful that God had showed me the way of inspiration, motivation & gratefulness in the way that I didn't have to sacrifice for it. Thanks..

Along these busy weeks, the lessons in the movie had guide me through it in a better way...

So, WATCH THAT MOVIE WHEN YOU FEEL DE-MOTIVATED....

Oh ya, not to forget, this is my 100th post!!!! Hooray!!

Ending my day with bad mood...

My day went so well for me today..

I have mood to study for my lectures.. Just 1 lecture note, full of satisfactory..

In the afternoon after my shower, I pampered myself with refreshing face mask.. That was so relaxing.. Having nice afternoon tea with pau..

In the evening, went out with my parents to shop & had supper.. Everything went smooth-sailing today..

Til just now, I sent an SMS to my friend.. I noticed the text was not delivered. So I tried to text again.. The SMS was not delivered again.. I off the phone and tried to switch it on again.. =( The phone jz gave me a vibration respond & died off directly.. I tried a lot of time.. This was so disappointing.. It was my new phone for 1 week plus!!!

A cocktail of anger and sadness mixing in my soul now.

Another bad day...

*1st time i took it to class was the 1st day I was quarantine*

Luck... *sigh*
