Born looking like my Mom in year 1990, being the youngest princess to my parents and my brother.
Being told by lots of people that I was a boy in my Mom's womb, I'm proving them wrong on the 21st of June.
King and Queen of my life
The only sibling I have (not the Woody the woodpecker!)
Compatible cousin that I can joke about everything from shopping to karaoke to chatting before bed
Officially being a student in Year 1995 in Canossian Convent Kindergarten at the age of 5 and 6.
Promoted to Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Canossian Convent from Year 1997 to 2001.
Climbed more ladders of education in Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Canossian Convent from 2002 to 2006
Spent 12 years of my life being a pure Convent girls
Honored to spend only 5 years in primary school after I passed my PTS in Standard 3, where I had no experience at all being a Standard 4 student. I grew up being a girl that loves outdoor than indoor. I never hate the sun, never worried about being tan. Other than being a prefect, I was the in the school choral speaking, gymnastic team, sprinter, PBSM flag bearer, netball team, handball team, choir, musical orchestra members.
Results did dropped a little once I entered secondary school. After PMR, I was then in the Science stream with these bunch of friends in the picture. The rabbits belong to the Science and Mathematics club which later I took the lead in Form 5. So, other than loving Science, I involved myself in lots of marching competition with my St. John Ambulance team until Form 3. For some reasons, I resigned myself and went over to Kadet Bomba which I was lucky enough to experience the firefighter's life in a 3 days camp, getting to know why there is no female firefighters in Malaysia. No more St. John, turned out being the commander of Red House and we won the year marching competition and then rise Kadet Bomba from a lousy marching team to be St. John's biggest competitor during school Sports Day.
Running my last event, 4x100m during Form 5 in the rain was the last thing I did for Sports Day in my life. I was in the Red House cheer leading team as well. A lot of people might hate Sports Day, for me I bet my life to make it something eventful for myself and my friends.
Leaving my high school with a few key officers position in clubs and societies, winning a few competitions, being a debater, commander, table tennis player, librarian and chief editor of the 50th school magazine with great friends for life.
First time leaving home at the age of 17. Kolej Matrikulasi Johor was my second home for a year where I started to learn about people from different states of Malaysia. Narrow myself into Biology course in Science Stream here. Having great roommates, level-mates, block mates, practicum mates, lovely people of Voice Out Aloud club and Editorial Board. Picture above was taken at the end of my session in KMJ with my practicum mate Hayat 50 (2007/2008).
This is where my life being as medical student. It started in Kuala Lumpur campus of UKM for first year and second year.
Pesta Ang Pau is the best chance to get to know more people in this campus before I was transferred to Cheras to continue my course. Was in the Marketing department helping to raise money to make the event a successful one.
First time flying. Destination - Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The experience was granted by Asian Medical Student Association (AMSA) when there was a Post-Conference Project in Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). We were there to visit Hospital Likas, having free clinical check up for the people in rural area in Penampang and so on.
4 semesters spent in KL campus, these were my group for each semester.
Best memory for my Semester 1 group (top left) was during our 1st PPD camp in Ulu Kenas
Best memory for Semester 2 group (top right) was community visit to Spastic Centre and how we made a video about the visit
Best memory for Semester 3 group (bottom left) was ice skating in Sunway Pyramid
Best memory for Semester 4 group (bottom right) was when we destroyed the lou sang during CNY celebration
Not-so-medical-student posting in Tanjong Karang where we did everything about public health. From going house-to-house survey to having a try on how to do fogging and had lots of CHEAP seafood in Jeram and Kampung Nelayan Sekinchan.
My foster family for my co-curricular activity in Pagoh, Johor. Priceless experience and typical Malaysian homecook food!
This part of my life is called Scrabble maniac.
I started playing Scrabble at 7 years old, entered the first Scrabble competition during Form 3 and lucky enough to be placed second. Addicted to the game, I joined again during Form 4, triple luck I guess. I get to meet Malaysia Number 1 player, Ganesh, placed my first ever Bingo in a competition and leaving the place as Best player leading myself to represent Segamat to Johor level. Lucky enough again, brought home a 3rd placing trophy. Joined for the last time for my school during Form 5, got into final but the game ended with me placing last (4th).
Got a chance to play again during first year in UKM, playing rounds of game and placed myself second. Picture above was during English Speaking Zone 2010 (3rd year UKM), for the very first time I got cash for placing second in Scrabble competition. All thanks to my brother being my best competitor all these while.
Will update from time to time then
Till then
