Someday I'm going to die of malnutrition


Breakfast:
Milo + oats
(when I have to go to class)
OR
Vanilla latte or Nescafe
(when I'm on holidays)
OR
Something unexpected
(when I'm with my uncle and cousins)


Lunch:
Hospital food
(which is not nice, not healthy and expensive)
OR
Bread + Tuna mayonnaise
(when I feel like eating bread while I'm not a fan of bread)
OR
Instant noodle
OR
Campbell's soup + snacks
OR 
Something unexpected
(when I'm with my uncle and cousins)
OR 
Nothing at all


Dinner:
Economy rice
(the uncle haven't start business yet after CNY til now)
OR
Instant noodle
(this is more common)
OR
Bread and coffee
OR
Snacks like chips or biscuits
OR 
Something unexpected
(when I'm with my uncle and cousins)
OR
Only Milo
OR 
Nothing at all


Supper:
Coffee with cakes or cookies
(when I am HOME)
OR
Nothing at all

I don't take supper when I'm not at home


I want to make it clear that I'm NOT on diet
I'm NOT trying to slim down
I'm NOT thinking I'm fat

The food here just doesn't appeal much to me and I hope the uncle selling economy rice is back soon
Public holidays even worst, most of the stalls are not open
I'm not good in cooking and show no interest

The only time I'm having great time and great food is only when "Something unexpected"

I'm damn hungry right now posting this but I lose my mood in eating
I seriously worried about this right now
I already achieved the weight I want but it keeps going down now in an unhealthy way

Someday I'm going to die of malnutrition!
(Not starvation, I still eat)

I even had better food during the flood

when you type something unexpected it's like we feed you food from hogwarts weh. quirky quirky stuff like ear wax jelly beans. lol
