Yong Sotong

Attention to sotong lovers!

After watching some cooking show in the TV, grandma decided to try a new thing in one of our dishes today which is Yong Sotong. This dish is just a twist of the Yong Taufu that we commonly had. 

Yong Taufu is taufu stuffed with minced fish meat, while Yong Sotong is the same concept where the sotong is stuffed with minced fish meat. After that, it is put to steam. Once it is done, cut the sotong into cube and top with tomato sauce

It is steamed and then top with tomato sauce, which is a healthy choice
But, better still don't take it too much seafood at a time


Muahaha, me love sotong very much


But the sotong lost its "elasticity" (I can't find a word to describe) because it was steamed
The combination is worth trying
